Lavon Meeks is from St. Louis, MO. He played football for Arkansas Baptist where he earned his AA. After that he attended Central state university where he earned his Bachelor's in recreation and was invited to play in the HBCU senior bowl. In 2020 he was hired as the QB coach for Arkansas Baptist college. In 2021 he was promoted to offensive coordinator.
