Coach Ashdone Bailey is a native of Arkadelphia, AR. He attended Arkadelphia High School where he was a 3-Year letterman in Football, and Track for the Badgers. After High School he attended Arkansas Baptist College (Little Rock, AR) where he played for the Buffs. After ABC, he later finished up at Henderson State University in his hometown of Arkadelphia, AR. Coach Bailey is entering his 15th year overall from his time as a student, and now a coach here at ABC! While at ABC he has coached Running Backs, Tight Ends, Offensive Line, and currently is in his 6th season as the Defensive Coordinator where he now coaches the Linebackers, and Defensive Backs. He has only had one other previous coaching stop which was at Henderson State University (D2) where he was blessed to be a part of the national ranked Reddies which made an appearance in the Division 2 National Playoffs! He is here at ABC to make sure he fulfills the mission to give every Student-Athlete a chance to better their current circumstances. His motto is "Love is an ACTION word" which means whatever you set your heart to do, you make sure you maximize on it to make sure that whatever you do with today can be just a whole string of tomorrow.
Ashdone is the son of Myra and Ronnie Bailey. He has one brother Rontrell Bailey who is a coach in Seattle, Washington. He has one nephew Easton Bailey!
